The demonstration begins with the acquisition of a filter image, where the system automatically identifies particles across the sample while simultaneously capturing morphological information for every detected feature.

Using predefined VDA 19-compliant settings, Aztec Clean:

• Automatically excludes particles below the required size threshold
• Performs compositional measurements on detected particles
• Applies element deconvolution routines where required by the standard
• Classifies particles according to comprehensive VDA 19 material categories
• Supports customisable classification schemes to adapt to evolving requirements
