Did you know that images coming from fluorescent microscopes are a convolution of the real (original) image and point spread function (PSF)? See the sharp edges of your structures and remove the haze around your objects by restoring the original image using the mathematical operation called deconvolution. Deconvolve your data and get a sharper image using Imaris ClearView-GPU™.

ClearView-GPU™ is intuitive and easy, makes use of the existing hardware due to GPU acceleration and can be run in batch on multiple datasets.
ClearView-GPU™ deconvolution has dedicated algorithms for: confocal, widefield and TIRF and can be performed on 3D stacks and time series.

ClearView-GPU™ deconvolution module is part of the Fusion acquisition software which runs the Andor Dragonfly multi-modal confocal, which enables performing almost live deconvolution during acquisition. That said, Dragonfly not only benefits from Andor EMCCD and sCMOS technologies and spinning disk to deliver industry-leading signal to noise and image fidelity but also ClearView-GPU™ deconvolution to maximize resolution and throughput. ClearView-GPU™ deconvolution can be applied in all modes that Dragonfly operates: confocal, widefield and TIRF on 3D stacks and time series.
ClearView-GPU™ module is part of the Fusion acquisition software which runs the Andor Dragonfly multi-modal confocal. ClearView-GPU™ enables immediate live deconvolution during acquisition and visualisation in real-time during the experimental progress.
