Inside the Spatial View in Vantage you can find a useful plot called Surface-Image Correlation: Image intensity. It displays a 3D Mean intensity plot of each channel within the image around the selected Surface.
Let’s go back to the image in the Surpass View. Here the Surface around cell nucleus in magenta was created. The Surface rendering was made semi-transparent. There are 2 other channels, cyan and yellow. When I switch back again to Vantage Spatial View and select Surface-Image Correlation: Image intensity. I can see the 3D mean intensity profiles of each channel around the nucleus Surface. Within this plot I see a peak of accumulation of the yellow signal around the surface edge and a small peak of cyan and yellow few micrometers away.
