Arrest Coefficient of Surfaces

This XTension will find the arrest coefficient of a collection of tracked surfaces. The arrest coefficient is the percent of time points in a track where the speed is below a speed threshold. Also, the number of periods of rest in a track is calculated. This data is plotted and also added to the statistic tab in Imaris.
