Batch Process Function

This XTension automatically processes all the Imaris images (.ims) from a given folder with the specified Matlab XTension. It needs to be put in the same folder as the *.m files you want to use in batch. A testing XTension is provided with the script, which just displays the volume of each image. To use the Batch Process function, you first need to register the folder containing the scripts in Imaris. Then, you can use the script in 3 steps: 1) Start the batch processing through "Image Processing > Batch Process" 2) Choose the folder containing the Imaris files (*.ims) 3) Select the function you wish to apply to each image (e.g. XTTotalVolume)
