Dilate Surface

This extension dilates the selected surface object by a user defined distance in microns. User has option to build surface in Imaris on returned channel, or let the extension build the surface for them. This can be useful for categorizing cells in tissue via the channel intensity in the surrounding tissue around the nuclei.
