Enhance Local Contrast

Local contrast enhancement by using the CLAHE method. Try this method, if your image is unevenly illuminated and you an not find a threshold that fits to all regions of the image. Parameters: NumTiles: The higher the numbers, the more local is your contrast enhancement. ClipLimit: I the range from 0 to 1. Higher numbers result in more contrast.
