Filaments Create Channel

This XTension creates and computes a new channel. The channel intensity values depend on the diameter of the selected filament object. The user can choose how the new channel is created by selecting how the intensity is calculated along the filament diameter. If the channel is created by interpolating along the dendrite/spine diameter, the maximum intensity will be assigned to the voxel at the centre of the filament. If not, the uniform intensity is mapped at the location of the filament.
