Imaris ColorMap Generator

This extension generate a colormap of a channel based on the current intensity mean, current intensity max and gamma settings and the monocolor/colormap on the Display Adjustment of Imaris. (1) put the two m files into Matlab folder of Imaris; (2) Open imaris file, adjust the color/colormap and min/max/gamma. (3) click to run this XT: Then 3~4 dialogues will show up to input information: 1,Which channel to generate colormap? input a number such as 0,1,2,...(The first is 0, not 1) 2,Which range of intensity to crop? You may want to show a subregion/portion of [current min, current max], not the whole [current min, current max], else do not input and just click OK. 3.How many ticks to add? Note, the tick will be evenly distributed(linspace) along the subregion/portion of [current min, current max],so usually they are decimal, not interger. To label certain intergers of choice, do not input, just click OK. 4,Which number you would label on colormap? an example is [50,100,150,500,1200]. You can input such kind of vector with any combination of numbers even the number is out range of [current min, current max]. The above dialogues are fool-proof, so even you mistakenly close/input invalid things, it will re-ask you to input. Tested with Matlab2016a and Imaris 7.4.2.
