Modified Sholls Analysis

chacterizes spot distance to surface edge over time. writes data file in .csv format and saves plot of the data as a tiff. intended for 32bit data sets and only one surface and spots object.Can be modified to select surface and spot for analysis. not compiled, requires matlab
