Sortomato

A utility for graphing the statistical properties of Spots and Surfaces objects and sorting the objects into new Surpass objects based on those properties. Sub-groups of objects can be selected by drawing regions (rectangles, polygons, etc.) on the graph. Sub-groups can be graphed as new subsets of objects, or returned to Imaris as a new Surpass object. Can be used with custom statistical properties. Image Processing Toolbox is needed with the Matlab Full version
