Spots Close To Filaments

This XTension splits one Spots object into two Spots objects based on the to the filamentous structure. To run this XTension the user has to create a Spots and a Filaments component. All previously defined Spots objects are classified based on their spatial proximity with the filament object. Spots located within a defined distance to the dendrite are colored red and all Spots which are located outside of the defined distance are labelled blue
