Track Upper / Lower % of Surface Volume

This extension will allow you to track the mean of the upper or lower X% of the tracked surfaces selected by the user. Where X is input by the user. if a volume has 100 pixels and you choose the top 17%, then you will receive the mean of the highest 17 pixels in that region. Extension is NOT compiled and was developed and testing using R2014b. after creating some tracked surfaces: Directions: 1.select the tracks of interest (ctrl+left click : for multiple surface tracks) 2. (IMPORTANT FOR ACCURACY) under the edit tab, choose to mask the selected surfaces 3. run the extension 4. you will be asked for X%, top or bottom (upper or lower), and which channel you wish to analyze (preferrably the masked one with everything outside set to 0, and everything inside left the same. 5. you will then be asked where to save the data in .xls (excel) format. 6. your data is now in the .xls file that you chose.
