This function allows to find the wound orientation and therefore rotate the direction of cells motility to heal the wound. It works along with the function ClusterSpotsTracked (which is required to run before and is included in the zip file). It also create 2 *.mat files with the rotated tracks. The rotated angle is either the first frame wound direction or the last frame wound direction.
